BDERegSet.exe
Some registry settings for the BDE (Borland Database Engine) are not available to users without power user rights. This is a problem for many locals that try to use ICS-Windows on XP and Windows 2000 machines with windows security enabled. When running this utility you must be logged in as an administrator. The utility will grant permissions for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Borland\Database engine".
